Our royalty-free music licensing agreements

Age IT provides the items you added to your basket upon payment of the corresponding rate. You shall only get the Age IT license upon payment. The Age IT license concedes you the non-exclusive right to incorporate, broadcast, copy, modify and release some or all the tracks which you purchased the license for, during a set period of time. Age IT does not guarantee the exclusive use of the tracks you got the license for. You are authorised to deal your license with a third party providing that you communicate us the name and contacts of the third party at the time of purchase. The license is nominative, which means bound to a single license holder, and valid world wide.

The roylaty-free music licenses are nominative and authorise the use of the tracks listed on our catalogue.

Royalty-free license
for the Internet and Multimedia projects

The royalty-free music under the Internet & Multimedia license is only aimed at audiovisual applications (company's internal video, company sound environment, on-hold tunes...) and multimedia applications (non- national radio spots, advertising DVD and Cdrom, website soundscape, non-commercial computer applications, powerpoint presentations...).

The music shall not be used as the main element or feature of your project without the previous agreement from Age IT. The project shall not be for commercial purpose or use without prior agreement

Royalty-free broadcast license

License for TV production, cinema, national radio broadcast, TV advertising, mobile ring tones and video games.

If your productions or projects are aimed at TV and/or cinematic networks, national radio broadcasting, mobile phones ring tones catalogues or commercialised video games, please contact Age IT to get the required license and negotiate the corresponding markup rate.
